Controlling movie playback

Tubbler has onscreen playback controls similar to those found on CD players and DVD players.

Use the controls to play, pause, select next, select previous, and adjust the volume of a movie. You can also use the controls to move forward or backward in a movie and change the play mode.

To control movie playback:

Show the playback controls: To show the playback controls, move the pointer anywhere over the movie.

Change playhead position:To go to a specific point in the movie, drag the playhead (the small circle) in the timeline.

Play/Pause movie: To play or pause a movie using the keyboard, press the Space bar.

Select next movie: To play the next movie click the play next button or use the shortcut ⌘ ->.

Select previous movie: To play the previous movie click the play previous button or use the shortcut ⌘ <-.

You can also swipe left and right on your trackpad to select the previous or next movie.

Change the volume: Use the volume slider or use the shortcut ⌘ Up and ⌘ Down.

You can also change the system volume to change the volume of the playing movie.

Changing the play mode: Change the play mode to repeat one movie, shuffle, or repeat the full movie query.

In normal play mode (no repeat) movies will automatically be removed from the query.

There must be one or more movies in the query that the movie controls are active.
