Using the Riffer Window: Edit Disembaudio Mode

You can use this mode of the Riffer Window to adjust the Disembaudio points for a RiffTrax. You get to this mode by pressing the Go to Advanced DEs Editor button when the Riffer is in "Edit Sync Mode".
The purpose of this mode is to fine-tune the start and end times of the Disembaudio points for a RiffTrax. Disembaudio points are lines of dialog from the movie that are repeated in the audio commentary at the exact same instant. If you are not in sync, this makes it obvious. Once you are in good sync, though, these lines of repeated dialog can be distracting and are not needed. If RiffSync knows exactly where these lines start and end, you can turn on the Mute Disembaudio Points feature to remove them.
and Nudge the start time of the nearest Disembaudio point by 1/4 of a second forward or backward.
and Nudge the end time of the nearest Disembaudio point by 1/4 of a second forward or backward.
Some Disembaudio points may not be removable. This could happen if the point is simply too close to other jokes, or the Disembaudio point is involved in the joke in some way. In these cases, you can deselect the Remove Durring Playback checkbox and RiffSync will not attempt to mute it.
This timeline shows the Disembaudio points in the RiffTrax. Click one of the blue pins to jump playback to one of these points. The Disembaudio point closest to the playhead turns light blue, making this the point that is adjusted with the controls above.
The Active indicator gives you visual feedback of the start and end of a Disembaudio point. This indicator is lit during a Disembaudio point. RiffSync will not actually mute the audio in this editing mode. Instead, rely on this visual indicator to make sure the start and end times are correct.
When you are finished adjusting Disembaudio points, press the Done Editing button to take the Riffer Window back to the "Edit Sync Mode".
