I. CREATING AN ACCOUNT
==============================

The Intranets.com intranet suite includes an arsenal of tools that work with your palm device. Access to your intranet is completely secure.

Visit Intranets.com to create an intranet account to syncronize your Palm/Outlook information with.

II. KNOWN ISSUES
==============================

The following is a list of known limitations in Intellisync for Intranets.com, as well as the recommended solutions. Please review these limitations before you begin synchronization.

SYMPTOM: During synchronization, you see an error message stating: "You cannot transfer this much data at one time. Please select a smaller amount of data and synchronize again."
SOLUTION: You are attempting to synchronize too much data at once. Try one of the following to break the data into smaller amounts:
     -If you're using Microsoft Outlook, move some of your data into a new folder and synchronize with just the data in that folder.
     -If you're synchronizing Calendar events, choose a limited date range of events to synchronize.

SYMPTOM: Recurring events that span more than one day do not appear correctly in Outlook or Palm Pilot after you export them from Intranets.com.
SOLUTION: Intranets.com is working to address this limitation. As a temporary solution, edit the event in your Intranets.com site so that it is either (a) just a recurring event, or (b) just a multi-day event, and try syncing again.

III. INSTALLATION
====================

You can download a free copy of Intellisync for Intranets.com from your Intranets.com site.

To install Intellisync:

1) Log in to your intranet site.
2) Click Tools > Synchronize > Download Now.
3) Follow the InstallShield instructions to install the download.

* Memory: 16 MB of RAM for Windows 95 and Windows 98; 32 MB or RAM for Windows NT

VI. UPGRADING
=============

Periodically, upgraded versions of Intellisync for Intranets.com will be available on your intranet site. Once we make this upgrade available, you will be required to download and install the upgrade before syncing. Run the update, and the program will be installed in the correct location.

VII. DOCUMENTATION
================

Intellisync for Intranets.com has two different types of online help available.

1) Traditional Windows-based online help. Click the Help button on the Intellisync client software, or hit the F1 button, and the online help will appear.

2) The online help on your intranet site includes a sync help page and a sync Frequently Asked Questions page.
