Peak Tips are little "tool tips" that appear when the mouse lies close to the position of a simulated diffraction peak. Peak tips identify the phase, the Miller indices of the reflexion giving rise to the peak, and associated data including x-value, d-spacing, integrated intensity and the reflexion's multiplicity.

To enable or disable peak tips Show

Do one of the following:

To show a peak tip for a simulated pattern Show
To get more information about a reflexion Show

Follow these steps:

  1. Position the mouse over the peak, so it appears highlighted and a peak tip appears.
